The video is a  series of clips from the programme organised by the Development Agenda for Western Nigeria (DAWN ) Commission  , held in Ibadan on the 23rd of September 2016 to mark the anniversary of the signing of the armistice to end the Kiriji War.The Kiriji war ( 1877 – 1893)  was the climacteric  war of  the many bristling conflicts between  different Yoruba groups  of the time that saw the funneling of thousands of prisoners of war to the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade.

The speakers at the session, spoke on Yoruba past, present and  future.
